West Press is an employee owned commercial printing company looking for upbeat, forward thinking individuals to join our CSR team. Applicants need to have a minimum of 2 years working in a commercial printing company. At West Press, the job of a CSR is to be the liaison between sales and production. The CSR writes the job tickets and traffics the work through the shop communicating changes/concerns to the Production Manager as necessary.
Job Requirements
- Need to know printing vocabulary
- Good understanding of most print production processes and turn times
- Able to interact with outside vendors
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Interact with staff and clients in a professional manner
- Ability to write accurate job tickets
- Decent computer skills (PC)
- Familiar with a print MIS application (PrintSmith, Pace, Acura…)
- Knows print quality
- Decent math skills

Full-time Monday through Friday (occasional weekends)
